Where an order contains one or more Personalised Products, these products can not be shipped by Next Day or Special Delivery services as the personalisation can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on the product (please see actual product for specific details).

Upon receipt of your order and payment, the order will be packed and dispatched, usually within 2 working days.
