OK – here’s the nitty-gritty stuff. Please read this carefully before placing your order, so there are no unpleasant surprises……

1. Payment and data security

www.trulymadlydeeply.biz provides safe and secure online shopping 24 hours a day via Paypal. A secure server and software ensure all that your personal information is encrypted and protected. We are committed to protecting your privacy and Truly Madly Deeply will not pass on any of your personal data to any other company. We will only use the information you give us to process your order.

2. Postage and Packing within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of the credit card details, the order will be packed within 5 working days. It will then be ready for dispatch and this is done in two ways depending on the value of the goods: -

Any order up to £24.99 will have a packing/postage charge of £3 and will be sent by 1st class post.

Any orders of £25 and over costs £6 and will be sent by signed for delivery to ensure that the parcel arrives safely and is trackable.

There are some exceptions to the above packing/postage rates and this is because they are very heavy – these will be specified on the appropriate product page.

For all parcels it is highly unlikely that they will fit through your letter box! – so you may wish to give an alternative delivery address where you know that there will be someone to receive it - for example, at work, parents address, the venue etc.

3. Postage and Packing for Eire, Channel Islands, Europe, International destinations etc.

Whilst the order will automatically generate a packing/postage charge dependant on the order value, we will contact you on receipt of your order to advise on the actual change. Please ensure that you give your correct e-mail address and daytime landline phone number so we can get hold of you in this event. If you want to contact us prior to placing an order, please ring Customer Services on +44 (0)845 362 7723 for advice on packing/postage rates.

4. Delivery dates

Whilst www.trulymadlydeeply.biz will endeavour to ensure that delivery requirements are met, no guarantee for them can be given in any way. Please note that if your celebration date is within 2 to 3 weeks of placing an order, you are strongly advised to ring customer services on +44 (0)845 362 7723 prior to placing it. We will, of course, try our very hardest to ensure you get what you want!

Please note you will be asked for the date of your celebration whether you are placing an order on-line or by telephone. This information is only used by our in-house packing team to prioritise orders during busy periods.

5. Return and Refunds

www.trulymadlydeeply.biz is happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of the date you received the order, under the following circumstances:
- The goods are still in their original packaging, haven’t been used and are still fit for re-sale.
- The goods are neither perishable (i.e. chocolates, dragees, almonds, truffles, lovehearts etc) or have been personalised for you (i.e. Champagne glasses being engraved with your name/date etc).

A full refund for the goods (excluding our postage to you and yours to us) will be made within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods. Please ensure that when you return the goods you send it back in such a way that we have to sign for the parcel i.e. by special delivery. We cannot refund any goods that are lost in the post and that we do not receive back.

Any item that you receive from us which is faulty (or sent in error) still needs to be returned to us, but we will refund the cost of the goods plus all the delivery costs. Again, please send it back in such a way that we have to sign for the parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Website changes/price adjustments/ term changes

Whilst www.trulymadlydeeply.biz endeavours to ensure that all products are described as accurately as possible, many products are natural and as such they are subject to shade and size variations from time to time.

We reserve the right to also alter the prices quoted both on the website and in a catalogue, (in the event of any increase/decrease of suppliers prices, new taxes imposed or human error- yes, it does happen!) but we will inform you of any changes on receipt of the order – at which time you can cancel the order. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

We also reserve the right to change the terms shown on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms prior to placing an order, because by placing an order online are stating that you have understood them.

7. Copyright and trademarks

This website is for personal use only – you are not allowed to reproduce/copy/modify/sell any of the content or trademarks in any way. All products designed/manufactured exclusively for www.trulymadlydeeply.biz are protected by copyright, and we are also members of acid (anti-copying in design). We will seek legal redress for any misuse of our property.
